Unless the context otherwise requires, any word, term or expression used in these Terms of Use shall be construed according to its ordinary meaning. This shall be without prejudice to the following:

Use of the Services provided by the Company through its Website shall be conditional on agreeing to observe the following Terms of Use. Use of the Services provided by the Company shall entail your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Use of the Services provided by the Company shall be conditional on having access to the World Wide Web, either directly or indirectly. Payment of any fees associated with the said access shall be the responsibility of the User, who shall also be responsible for providing all the necessary equipment to connect to the World Wide Web, whatever form the said equipment may take.

Proper Use of Services

Users shall use the Services only for lawful purposes and in particular they shall not:

– make use of any obscene, threatening, menacing, offensive, defamatory materials or such materials as are in violation of any law or regulation, in breach of confidence, harmful to minors, in breach of intellectual property right or otherwise unlawful when making use of the Services

Any breach of the aforementioned shall entitle the Company to terminate your use of the Services

Records Register

Article 31 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 requires the INERC BV to retain information about its processing operations involving personal data, and to make this information publicly accessible. The information that is retained is referred to as records of processing operations.

Our records of processing operations contain the following information:

  • the name and contact details of the client;
  • the purposes of processing personal data;
  • a description of the categories of persons affected, including which personal data related to them will be processed;
  • the categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed including recipients in Member States, third countries or international organisations;
  • details of the transfer, where applicable, of personal data to recipients in third countries or international organisations, including the name of the country or international organisations involved, as well as the documentation of relevant safeguarding measures undertaken;
  • where possible, the envisaged time limits for erasure of the different categories of personal data.

INERC BV also has adequate technical and organisational measures in place to ensure that personal data are processed securely in line with Article 33 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725.

Your HYDROGENSAFETY.EU Account

  • Are you Eligible? Your account must be registered by a human, 18 years of age or older. Accounts registered by any automated method, such as a bot, are not permitted and will be terminated.
  • Your Information. HYDROGENSAFETY.EU accounts require a valid non-temporary email address. When conducting a purchase on the HYDROGENSAFETY.EU website along, additional information will be required. HYDROGENSAFETY.EU only allows one account per person.
